Merlinos & Associates provides a stimulating work environment that allows our consultants to grow professionally without bounds. We encourage contact with clients, as well as the assumption of responsibility and ownership of the work product, by everyone working on an engagement. Lead actuaries are always intimately involved with engagements, but look to support staff to take on as much as possible without affecting the quality of the work product.

Students can also take advantage of our generous examination program. We believe that passing exams is in the best interests of both the company and the student. As such, we are flexible and understanding with regard to a student’s study time and concentration. Our pass ratios exceed the industry because of the quality of both the students and the support from the company.

It is also our belief that the best employees have stable, healthy personal lives. We are very family oriented and make accommodations whenever possible for events in our employees’ personal lives. We also encourage the use of the company’s fitness center, located in our office building.
